Our rhubarb is the first crop that we harvest in the UK

Rhubarb is a great source of vitamin K1, which helps prevent blood clots and promotes bone health. A half cup of cooked rhubarb provides more than one-third of the recommended dietary intake of vitamin K1.

As Spring approaches, 1200 bumble bee hives go out to the farms which means we employ 240,000 bees. Don’t worry we pay them in plenty of pollen. These bees like the cooler temperature.
