Blackberries offer many health benefits. They’re full of vitamins and minerals like C, K, and manganese and are high in fibre.

Traditionally blackberries are known as ‘cooking’ berries, but new varieties (such as Sweet Royalla) are sweet and ready to eat straight from the punnet.
